All event bookings of Faces by Derrick for events require a 1.5 hour MINIMUM.

 

The base rate for 1 artist/1.5 hours (up to 20 kids MAX) is $ 250

 

The rate for 1 artist/2 hours (up to 30 kids MAX) is $ 300

Payment is required to secure any booking, we accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Checks

Travel fees may apply for event locations requiring over 40 minutes to get to

 

ON-SITE NEEDS:

 

Artists need to have their basic needs met by you (the client) in order to execute their work to their optimum at your event space. Those needs indlude ONE table for them to set their makeup kit up on and TWO chairs (one for artist/one for painter). If your event is out-of-doors it is also necessary for the artist to be set-up to work in an area that is not in direct sun as our makeup ican be ruined by direct exposure to the heat of the sun. The shade of a tree is fine in most cases when a canopy or a tent are not available.

 

SET-UP and ARRIVAL TIME:

 

Derrick and his artists will arrive 15 minutes prior to their start time in order to set-up and begin work at the contracted time.

 

*TRAVEL:

 

Derrick does have a car and travels to wherever you are having your event. A few of the artists on his team also have automobiles and are available for events in further distances than the metro area. Additional *TRAVEL FEES may apply if your event location is more than 40 minutes travel each way.
